I have visited this location on several occasions because of its proximity to the clinic that I work at. I've been consistently... disappointed because they fail to follow recipes. They will add extra ice to give you volume or even substitute vanilla proteinpowder for Greek yogurt. I go to other locations so I know how the drink should taste. In late Feb, I ordered my usual and wasdisappointed again. I decided to return the drink. I ask for a refund to my card but was told they couldn't do this because Ipaid with the app.They offered cash and I told them that would be fine. A few moments later someone came to the window and saidthey couldn't give me cash to make a compliant in the app. I looked through the app and saw no such option and told worker Iwould wait in line for my cash refund as offered. The worker then told me I had to leave or they would call the police. The onlything I did wrong was giving this location another chance. I told them ok that's fine. I then ask the manager to come to thewindow but they had a worker stall until the police arrived. The lady cop said it was ridiculous they called her out for thisand said she doesn't shop that location because they don't put enough peanut butter in their smoothies. To make this long storyshorter, I was provided the franchise contact number first and later an email address so that I could be refunded. I was told toleave the location without a refund. After waiting several weeks and contacting the franchise several times, the store deniedthe refund. Please stay away from this location because they will STEAL your money and call the COPS like you did somethingwrong. Shame on you AMITE Smoothie King! Read more

Apparently girl sits in her car until she has a customer. Placed app order and when I drove around to pickup window she comes... in from her car to make it. Even posted a drive thru only sign on the door so there would be no walk ins. Read more
