REALLY Long Wait in the drive through for a simple coffee. Then they will ask you to park and wait, which they will then... completely forget about you and you would have to go in. Then they don't even know what you ordered after having served all thedrive through customer that were on line after you. Appalling service and experience. Read more
This is the best/worst Starbucks. They are always busy. Very slow. Only one person doing Uber, DoorDash, mobile orders, and... taking orders on the register. One person on food. Two people on drinks. I have a love/hate relationship with this Starbucks. If you go through the drive through, even if there?s only one car ahead of... you, expect to wait at least 10 minutes until you get your drink. Last year sometime I also found a red strand of hair in mydrink while I have brown hair. Starbucks did compensate me for the drink because it certainly was not my hair. Although there?sa long wait always and I had that hair incident, they do make pretty okay drinks. Read more
Absolutely love this place. It?s special and it is marked by conversation great coffee and the baristas own unique and special... secret beverages. I love it. It?s relaxing and I?m able to get work done and the music playlists are always spot on. Read more
I had to wait longer then usual for my grande dragonfruit bc the girls were to busy talking. She also had to remake bc I had ask... for not a lot of ice, bit she piled it on. The gentleman before me was also waiting for his drink and actually made a gesture tome indicating they talked to much. Wonder how long he had been waiting for his drink? Read more
Attractive looking Starbucks with good space inside and outside. As others noted, pretty slow. I'm not sure why as staffing... looked pretty good. They were out of large straws and they keep all straws behind the counter; I don't know if it's a new policythat you need flag someone down and ask for a straw - maybe it's a strategy to slow down customers even more???? Super unattentive staff. The employees don't even bother to look at you or ask you what you need when you've been waiting at the... counter for several minutes. Good luck if you're an Uber or a DoorDash driver, they won't even acknowledge you. Funny thing is,there's usually 4-6 people working behind the counter and it's still an unusually long wait.
