Exclaimer(I am a pretty big fan of the food but this review is based on working for doordash) At night when the dining room... closes I have to pick the customers food up through the drive-thru and it is ALWAYS an awful experience. The line is ALWAYSlong(sometimes SO long cars are out on the main road). They are SO SLOW. One time the drive-thru line was really long and thedining room was closed so I went to the dining room entrance to see if maybe an employee could just hand me the order since theorder was already pre-paid and it was ready(you could see the go-to order shelf had my order on there). I got their attentionand showed them it was a door dash order and if they could just open the door and hand it to me and if they couldnt do that thenat least have me just walk up to the drive-thru window and hand me the order. It would have taken 30 seconds as opposed to 7minutes per person on the drive-thru line. Well they couldn't care less. When I was at the dining room door they just told me Ihad to get in the car and wait like everyone else. The food was ready already I would have been on the line for 15-20 minutesminimum. By the time I got the food to the customer it would have been cold not to mention the customer is told the food wouldbe delivered by a certain time. The service at taco bell is always bad. Even if the dining room is open and you decide to goinside because the counter is pretty much empty you wind up waiting forever because they are always concentrating on thedrive-thru orders. Now if I'm working for doordash at night and a taco bell order comes up I don't even bother no matter howgood the tip is because it's not fair to the customer to tip good and have them wait forever for cold food.
