We’ve been going to The One since it opened and it is delicious. The food is consistently good, and the rice is the best. We... get sushi, general cho’s chicken or shrimp, TomTom soup, all very good, but I never get tired of the vegetable fried rice. Thestaff is wonderful, kind and the place is very clean. Sushi was very good miso soup was also good. We ordered drinks mine was weak taste like it had little or no alcohol in it. Will... still visit but will order a different drink. Read more
Plastic inside the chicken, my daughter was choking.
Very nice restaurant for a date. They have normal seat area and bar with lots of seat. We went here on Sunday around 5:30pm and... it was not busy. We ordered Hawaii fried rice, Tso chicken, canjun fries and 2 sushi rolls. I like their sushi. I’m very pickywith sushi and only happy with 1-2 sushi places in Long Island and this restaurant is one of them. The Cajun fries need to had abit more of cajun flavor. For chicken Tso, I was not happy because the flavor is a bit off, and the most important thing is thechicken was still pink inside so it wasn’t fully cook. We went to eat here on Monday night. It was pretty cold inside so we opted to sit out on the patio where the landscaping was... nice and when the sun was going down the solar lights came on, it was romantic. Our food was remarkable and the service wasvery kind. I got shrimp and steak hibachi, Ed got lobster and scallops. My avocado salad was fresh and crunchy, the friedshrimp appetizer was tasty and the miso soup I liked a lot. I highly suggest eating outside before it gets too chilly! Read more
I can't say enough good things about this place. The sushi and appetizers were phenomenal. I really liked their twist on... everything and variety in flavors didn't make everything taste the same. The sushi was very fresh and presentation was great. I love the ambiance and decor, which made for a beautiful setting and overall great experience. The staff was great too! Nikiour beautiful server was very friendly and attentive, she even offered us a Sake on the house, which was much appreciated. Thisis a well worth visit and I will certainly be returning.
