Ice cream is always a 10/10 but the service couldn?t be any worse. As soon as my friends and I walk in a boy asks us if he can... get us anything in a very annoyed tone and seemed like he just wanted to rush us out. After I had ordered I waited at thecashiers part of the counter. Just waiting for someone to take my payment. There were only two employees working and the otherswere talking to each other. My friend had also ordered a like it size shake but ended up receiving a love it size and payingfor a love it size and hadn?t realized until we left. Read more
Ice cream is amazing, but the wait was incredibly long and the workers were not moving fast. They seemed to be taking their time... and standing around when there were a lot of customers in line. Took 30 minutes. Read more
Britini deserves 5 stars, other worker a 1, ice cream is a 5 star. When we arrived there was a substantial line of customers.... Britini was working hard but could only help one person at a time. There was another worker but they were not working much anddid not help the line of customers. Britini deserves a raise. Ice cream was great but the 45 minute wait time was not. Wouldhave went faster if the second young lady would have quit wandering around the back with her ear pods and came up front to helpthe customers. Read more
This is the best ice cream in Idaho Falls. Jaycee does a great job and is a master ice cream mixer. There's plenty of seating... and it's kept very clean. The ice cream is awesome and the caramel apples are great. This is our favorite treat stop in IdahoFalls. Read more
They make a mean ice cream concoction! The girls are fun and upbeat! Watch out though they'll make you feel like a little girl... when they arm wrestle you! They are tough as nails from mixing up all the ice cream day in day out! They didn't gloat too badwhen they bested me though. 5 stars! Gonna keep training so I stand a better chance next time!
