Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! No greeting no acknowledgement of my walking in, just a cold... impersonal computer screen waiting for you to place your order. Three visible employees didn't even look up when I walked in thedoor. I cannot understand how businesses run like that. Tasty cookies. You can barely eat one cookie, because they are so sweet.
We made an advanced catering order. Our order was shorted a dozen cookies. When we went in to pick up the order of cookies... shorted we stood for several minutes while three staff members finished a personal conversation before they acknowledged us.None of the Animal Cracker Cookies had animal crackers on them. When we called inquiring about this, staff said that they werenot putting animal crackers on the minis at this time. This however was a catered order of 100 cookies and it was based on theadvertisement. There was no phone call made notifying us that our order would be modified. This was expensive. Not only were wenot notified, no discount was given or offered prior to completing our order. Had we been given the details we would havechanged our order. We had to make an additional trip to get animal crackers. It?s like getting a chocolate chip cookie withoutany chocolate chips. Customer service was very disappointing at this location. Read more

Previously I would have given crumble cookie a five star review. However their new system of ordering the cookies with the... touchscreen at the counter makes me frustrated. It seems like it creates a lot of confusion and some very long lines. Thecookies still taste great but I?m not a fan of the new technology. Read more
I love that they change cookies each week, they have 2 that always remain the same, but the others are changed every week. ... Everyone is wearing gloves, the floors are pretty clean and it usually smells amazing inside. The employees are usually prettyquick to get to your order. Read more
