What a cute and great place! First time there. Visiting Idaho from California. The place is full of plastic duckies for decor.... The donuts are fresh and they make then right there. Duck Donuts is always amazing. I?ve been here many times and have had a great experience every time. It always busy. The only... bad part is that you never have enough room in your stomach to eat all that you want. They have so many different flavors tochoose from. I'm not going to lie, I didn't try Duck Donuts for a while. Why? I just didn't think any donut could be better than another.... It's just a donut. This evening, we randomly decided to try Duck Donuts. It is Valentine's day and we needed a treat. Once thedonuts arrived, we scoped them out and then...it was truly love at first bite. The best way to describe the donuts is asfollows: a slight crunch, hit of perfect sweetness, and then the pillowy middle. They almost melt in your mouth in the best waypossible. The donuts at duck donuts are great. They?re always hot and made fresh for you when you get there. All the donuts are cake... donuts. You get to choose your toppings and frosting for them. It does take some time to get the donuts because they make themfor you as you order them. So plan on at least 10 to 15 minutes. Read more
We were greeted by happy young employees with big smiles on their faces! The cashier was extremely nice and helpful for a first... time customer. Then, a young lady takes a freshly made donut and puts all the yummy yummy toppings on them. The only tworemarks I have are: 1. They are quite small, so unless you are a kiddo, you would probably need to get 2 (or more). 2. NoStrawberry Jelly?!? WHY?!? We love the customization of Duck Donuts! I know everyone has a preference on the donut base and that would be one downside here... but the pro of choosing exactly what goes on the top and having it freshly made in front of you, definitely outweighsthat. We?ve been back many times and still enjoy the times we are in town and can pick up a box. I highly recommend giving thema try. Read more
