I’m normally not this kind of person…I work in fast food, so I get it - it’s a rough environment right now and people are... rude. The hours are long. But I’m consistently underwhelmed by the service I get at this location. You’re made to sit at thespeaker in silence for unduly long amounts of time (seems to be regardless of how many vehicles are in the drive thru.) Even ifthe employees are unable to take my order, a quick “Thank you for choosing Dunkin, we’ll be right with you” would be nice. When an employee finally does take your order, it’s almost every time with a flat or irritated-sounding “did you need toorder still?” Or a similar variant, the tone sounding almost as if I as the customer am inconveniencing them. Also, you guysare frequently out of promotional products. Like all of the time. And there’s never any altered signage to indicate that theproduct is not available. I get it. I’m empathetic to the issues around running a restaurant right now. It just seems likemaybe a little better effort can be expended here and there. Read more

You never know what you get out of this site tbh. I've had orders mixed up, long waits in line, and the list goes on. I love the... food but this DD needs to step it up. Read more

Excellent post op stop. Frozen pumpkin caramel coffee w/ whipped cream on top. Good start for Recovery.

This location of DD is usually swamped with drive thru customers, usually reaching all the way to NY-30 and wait times can be... upwards of 15 min for a simple order. This isn’t the fault of the workers however, but a combination of poor physical layoutof the premises combined with a heavier than typical influx of customers in the morning hours. I try to go before 7:30 am asit’s reasonable at this time, but after that til about midday it’s usually a long wait. The dedicated workers I see thereevery day remain impressive to me with their cheery attitude and order accuracy. Kudos to the middle-aged lady that usuallygreets me at the intercom every day with her remembering my order most days. Very professional, and very nice to see! Read more

My son and I went into the restaurant and while waiting in line behind one other person I watched a fly crawl all over the plain... munchkins that were sitting in the case. When it was my turn, I told the cashier that there is a fly that is crawling all overthe munchkins and she looked back at it and said, "Oh, that always happens. There is nothing that we can do about it because wealways have the drive thru window open." I was so disgusted! Then she asked me what did I want. I told my little one that wewill go somewhere else. Flies are one of the nastiest insects, no wonder people stay so sick. It's one thing to eat somethingwithout having knowledge that a fly has been all over your food but to knowly eat food with flies over it is just sick. I toldthe cashier that was very unsanitary for a food establishment and that if that is something that always happens, perhaps theyshould cover the food or get a door for the case! I will be calling the corporate office and making a complaint because from anemployee, that is definitely the wrong answer to give a customer who is spending their money supporting an establishment that iskeeping many employeed. I will not be returning to that Dunkin establishment for anything! If you don't know what flies do whenthey land on anything, do yourself a favor and research how filthy they are. Read more

Went inside with a friend. She ordered a small coffee and a croissant. I ordered a chai tea (“we can’t make that, we only... have chai latte”). Okay I then ordered a hot chocolate (“the machine is broken”). I then just got a juice, which I reallydidn’t want, and I don’t drink coffee). I paid for everything together, and I had my OJ and donut, while my friend wasn’thanded anything. “Oh yeah, it’s coming. The hand sanitizer is over there if you want it.” I did want it, but empty! Myfriend and two others were waiting for coffee, just coffee, and it took forever. The manager finally asked what they werewaiting for, and then yelled at the staff to get it. I guess it was beneath her to help out. And the parking? So awful! Enteringthe parking lot, all the parked cars took up two spots each. One blue car, thinking it was probably the entitled manager’s,was parked horizontally across two spaces. We had to wait for the drive thru lane to move so we could get around them to park inthe back. The only reason we went to DD was because Panera couldn’t make coffee due to a nearby water main break. This DD wasin such disarray that nobody seemed to know how to do their jobs. First and last time for both of us. Read more
