Another Dunkin train wreck. Similar to stores in Cairo and Catskill. Workers ignored the front counter to focus on drive... through. Waited almost 12 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Not one person said they would be right with us. One ofthe workers stood at the pickup area and kept visiting with a couple who just got their food while we were still waiting forsomeone to take our order. It's stores like this where the management is really incapable or perhaps doesn't care aboutcustomer satisfaction. Read more
