Another Dunkin train wreck. Similar to stores in Cairo and Catskill. Workers ignored the front counter to focus on drive... through. Waited almost 12 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Not one person said they would be right with us. One ofthe workers stood at the pickup area and kept visiting with a couple who just got their food while we were still waiting forsomeone to take our order. Well, 9/10 times I go here my order is wrong or they forgot something. I ordered for pick up through the DD app by the time I... got there my order should've been waiting for me. I stood there over 10 minutes while all the drive through people were gettingtheir orders immediately. This is unacceptable because my order was ready the entire time just sitting on a back counter.
