I was just passing through Amsterdam and this seemed liked one of the ?safe? choices there. The food and service was great and... the manager, I think his name was Jarred was so nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back! I ordered a portobello Swiss sub and an Italian sub. I got home and found I had been given a steak sub instead of a portobello... sub. I called to complain and the young man told me there was nothing he could do. He said call back tomorrow for a manager. Hedid not apologize until I asked for an apology, told me I was "pulling a tude", and would not give me his name when I said Iwas going to pray for him. I guess the customer is never right. Read more
