I've no idea why I have returned to this place so much, considering the lack of accuracy, the nonchalant attitude from... management, and the exorbitant prices for less than full quantity items. I mean, if I'm paying $10+ for a mac and cheese, thatbowl better be FULL - and it never is anymore. I used to love Panera and I understand things have changed since Covid, but went for dinner on a Tuesday night so not a peak... busy time and the person at the counter seemed bothered. We ate in and we waited over 20 minutes for our food, beeper neverwent off, went up to the counter and our food had been sitting there, soup and Mac and cheese were lukewarm.
