First time tried .. over charged me and the fried rice was hard and Un fresh avoid this place
Ordered online and it said my food would be here in 15 minutes so i waited a half hour and called see what was up and was told... the driver would be here soon. Another 15 minutes(45 minutes since i ordered, i called again to let them know I was not able towait much longer before i would cancel the order. The order arrived 58 minutes after i ordered it and it tasted like it was madean hour earlier when i ordered it and thrown in a microwave. The crab Rangoon was cold and soggy. The general tso chicken wasmushy and cold, the soup was cold and the lo mein was only warm in the center. Also got a cold egg roll. I've spent a lot ofmoney at this place and i tip well, but I'm not going to order from here again for a long time, if ever. There are too manyoptions to settle for this type of service. Wrong item showed up, and when I asked for a refund on just that item I was told I was wrong and that it was my fault. Proceeded... to tell me that chow mein doesn't have noodles even though their own menu says it does. . What arrived liked like over steamedgloop... Pretty sure that isn't chow mein. Very disappointed I usually order from here never have no issues but upon ordering last Sunday late at night I had asked for no... vegetables in any of my combination platters or my rice they put vegetables in it I had called Sunday night after I received myorder and nobody would answer the phone they were closed.... So I waited till they opened up Tuesday and I called them the guywas so rude to me yelling at me telling me he cannot remake my old order that he knows he made it right I told him I have thefood sitting here still and he still refuses to remake my food that's after giving a $10 tip and paying $5 for delivery my kidswill not eat it if there is vegetables in it so I basically wasted $45 for nothing Read more
First of all I am very disappointed with this restaurant they served me beef fried rice with human hair it was bad , then they... gave me old food I called they came to fast the half of chicken was refried and the egg rolls soaked in grease Food was awfulwent to Sleep with out eating. Then after I called them they said next time you order we will send you a pint of beef friedrice .
