Really loved our first experience at this location. We called ahead to confirm that kids eat free on Tuesday and Fridays and it... was confirmed that that was really the case. We arrived and waited 15 minutes to be seated. We sat down placed our order andwaited. Our food comes and I am surprised to find out that the meal I ordered was lacking something that was listed on themenu, the rice pilaf. So I said something. I received my rice pilaf and it was warm, burnt and chewy. I felt uncomfortable tospeak freely to the staff member because she was agressive and appeared offended. This was uncomfortable and we were charged forthe supposedly free kids food. Overall not a fantastic experience and will reconsider due to inconsistent service. Read more
Wednesday's $6.99 salad bar is always a good lunch choice. My lunch partner was a bit upset no cottage cheese and I miss the... ambrosia. The new choices seem to be geared toward spicey,, which a lot of people can't eat but even so, still a good deal. Ourwaitress was friendly and attentive. Read more
Delicious as always! We drove all the way from Troy to come here, which sounds silly but honestly it was a great ride and the... food was worth it. Salad bar was fresh and yummy as always and the food (I got hickory bourbon salmon and hubs got bonelesswings) was delicious. I felt so bad for the waitress because it looks like she was the only one on duty, but she was top notchregardless of her full plate. Read more
Food cooked very well, our meals were very good. The steak was juice and done to perfection just like I would have cooked it.... Staff very friendly. Bathrooms were how ever not so clean Toilet had repair issues in ladies room. Read more
It was really good. There salad bar wasn't the greatest because the veggies were kinda beaten up and it wasn't very neat looking... but the rest was pretty good. The appetizers were very good.....Drinks were great....our waitress (Star) was very very nice andmade sure everyone were taken care of. All 4 of our burgers were pretty burnt, dry and hard and our waitress felt so bad for usand she told her manager and the manager remade our burgers and after that the food was amazing. Our country-wide favorite last 6 or 8 years. Mom loved it in her final years. Good, friendly service. Clean,. Comforting--not... headbanging-- music. Convenient bathrooms. Subdued lighting. Nice place to meet up with friends. Our server was busy as she was the only one on the bar area. Waited a bit for service.... Otherwise there's a great menu look over. I enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich and my friend had the Bourbon chicken platter. Weboth left full. Read more
There was no heat in the building. We ordered an appetizer - way over priced but good. And we ordered hot chocolate because... it was so cold in there. Our waitress brought the cocoa and appetizer and never came back. Read more
