I have no idea who Management hires, but this place is a train wreck. Just came through about ten minutes or so ago. ... Everything was fine until I got to the window In which the woman there started meowing at me. I wish I was making this up butI?m not. Absolutely ridiculous. Went to get my lunch in Amsterdam the person that took my order was not very polite she asked what I would like was very rude... about it . When I went to get my food out of the bag it was dumped in there way to many sauce only asked for a couple threw themon the top. If they are not happy with their job they should not be working there . Never had a such a rude person. The girl atthe window was just as rude could have been same person I don't know. Went to Toco Bell in Amsterdam tonight. Ordered the SUPREME TACO PARTY PACK, asked for half/half for tacos. Pay $33 get handed... the box, ask for mild sauce was told she watched them put some in it already. Pull over in the parking lot to check and no sauceso had to inside and get some. Get home to eat and check the tacos and see they are all crunchy and the Dorito hard shell notwhat I ordered at all!!! Beside this mess up while at the window waiting for the order the employees inside were badmouthingcustomers and yelling at each other! Definitely not how an employee should be acting! Read more
Literally the worst Taco Bell I?ve ever had a waste of 32$ . Beans were dried and hard, no cheese was melted. Forgot my extra... side of jalapeños sauce which I payed for. Tortillas were really dry and old. I can deal with the water main issue buteverything else??? Come on just do better. Read more
This picture is just one example. My husband and I went to the Amsterdam location and ordered almost $40 worth of food. The... cashier handed us our card and drinks and gave us a bag full of food. We questioned it due to it being quick. We pulled over andchecked, sure enough more than half the order was missing and what we did get was wrong. This picture is a chipotle ranchchicken burrito (hold the chicken). It was a burrito with lettuce and tomato. We went back in to have the order corrected. Thecashier took our receipt and food, we went over the order twice(plus she had the receipt With the order!). Gave us another bagof food, with everything wrong and half of the order missing again. Cashier also substituted food because they didn?t want tomake more chips for nachos. Read more

This place is trash the girl in drive through rushes you through your order and won?t even let you finish. Then I check it and... we payed for extra beef the is none on there. This is not the first time either lunch crew has trash customer service. the onlyone that listens and cares about customers is precious.. she is sweet and listens. Read more
