I ordered a pizza, dessert, and a drink via the website. Paid via my debit card AND added a tip to the delivery person. Problem... is I NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD. And when I called the local store to see where my food was, no one ever answered the phone. I triedcalling 3 times. So am EXTREMELY not happy with Pizza Hut in Anaconda. Read more
I must say GREAT JOB ANACONDA MT ... So this was the 1st time seeing a pizza that had curb appeal... lol The way they took the... time to dice the tomatoes and green peppers made for a very good-looking pizza, colorful. The best PH I've been to in years. The waitress was nice and the cook didn't hold out on the toppings like all other PH's... normally do. Definitely got our $'s worth and it was delicious. Will definitely return before we head back home. Read more
Called last night to get a carryout order, the lady on the phone was very rude and argumentative with me. She kept interrupting... me when I was ordering and my order had numerous mistakes because of it. My cinnabons weren't even in the oven and my pizza wasincorrect. After my order she hung up the phone without telling me how much my order was or how long until it was ready. When Igot to the store to pick it up she was very rude and told me it wasn't ready yet and walked away. We ordered from Pizza Hut on Sunday, August 21st, and found everything in order and the food was just what we asked for. We... ordered online 2 pizzas(1 special for dietary needs), 1 order of cheese breadsticks. The order was accurate, on time, hot andthe right price. The customer service was prompt and friendly. I called and tried to order a pizza. Then I was told it was 20+ dollars. Then I asked about the price and said what about the... deal for my order? Then they argued about the price. Then finally they admitted they were wrong. Then they gave me my new price.It was 5 dollars too much. I Then asked why would I have to pay for delivery if my order was over the 12.99 min? Then theyargued for 5 minutes about how I have to pay delivery. I was patient and continued to ask why I should have to pay delivery ifmy order was over 12.99. Then after 15 minutes of trying to argue about a posted price, deal and delivery fee, I got the feelingthat I was being robbed, or more correctly, they tried to rob me. I was there May 5th ordered two pizzas fiesta and one pepperoni. They sent me a different then pepperoni. Drove there and it... took them 45 minutes to get my pizza to me. While I was standing there two people ordered and stayed there and got their pizzas.When the man that came back I asked how long and he said it was ready in a warming oven. Poor communication between staff and customer. We ordered food at 5:45 P.M. with a delivery expected of 6:12 P.M. we still... haven?t received our food or even gotten a phone call from the restaurant by 6:40 P.M. so we called and they responded sayingthat they only have one driver. We would just like to have communication. Don?t have your app say one time and then not evencall the customer when something changes. I have worked in few fast food restaurants and know how things work. It?s not thathard to have respect for a customer who tips you and puts money into your workplace. We are done ordering from here and will begoing to the frozen section at the store and Galicanos pizza which has never failed us and their customer service is always%100.
