Food was as expected. Good but not exceptional. Service was somewhat slow. I ordered a common combo meal but waited 4 or 5... minutes after paying and at the pickup window. That means my food was really fresh or was waiting as staff scrambled to fillother orders. I think it was the latter. Read more
The drive thru is. Totally bs. 15 to 20 minutes to even get through the drive-thru It's. Extremely slow. And every single... employee I have in countered has been rude they're all teenagers and they can't even say hello. Or respond to you withkindness.. Good store, great employees. Very busy but very fast. Downgraded because of the franchisor, not this one store. Someone has... decided to put burgers in boxes again and they are terrible - way too much garbage, burgers fall apart and are sloppily made,too messy to eat, buns are cold - hate boxes. Please give me my sandwiches wrapped tightly in paper so I can eat them in thecar. It?s the only reason I go to McDonalds at all. Read more
Hello my name is noah Parker Horrible drive through service !!!!!!!!!!I sat in line for 12 minutes yesterday 10,8,22 then... another 14 minutes to get to the person who takes ur card or money, there was no I'm so sorry for waiting he talked so quietly Icouldn't hear him so there for I didn't receive my 2 cheeseburgers my medium coke and medium fries it took so long it got to thepoint I said f this and drove away! The person working the drive through, named Jennifer, was exceptionally rude. She acted like she was irritated that she had to... do her job, and hand out our orders. She broke the lids on our cups, didn't offer a drink carrier even though there wasobviously only 2 people in the car and a large order for a whole family, and even though I had ordered dipping sauce at theorder screen, got an attitude when i asked if we could please make sure we got the sauce that we ordered. She said with anattitude "those are 10 cents each" no problem, gave the poor kid at the window who was clearly uncomfortable with her terribleattitude 20 cents. We the got home and realized that she didn't even include all of our sandwiches, so one person didn't gettheir dinner. If you're going to be rude to a customer that comes through once or twice a week, the least you can do, jennifer,is not act like doing your job is a hardship. It's a small town. We ordered a Deluxe McChicken and a Big Mac with a large fries. I loved this version of McChicken! The sandwich may cost a... little more but it's a bigger piece of chicken, has both lettuce and tomato, and an upgraded bun. The Big Mac is consistentlythe same since it was introduced in 1967 and the French Fries are a McDonald's standard. If you've seen my reviews of otherlocations, lately have been disappointed in the fries. I was pleasantly surprised that these were hot and crisp on the outsidelike expected. The team at this location does a great job considering the drive thru is always busy. Read more
Order on the app. Everything was hot and well prepared. The Big Mac seems to be a let down these days. The chicken deluxe was a... better choice. The fries were spot on. Throw in 2 large diet Cokes and we're good. And that's before we used the 50% off code!Need I say more? Read more
I would give 0 stars if I could. Entered at 6pm and there was someone ordering at the front so went to place an order at the... kiosk. Manager is eating in the dining area and tells me I need to leave, dining room is closed. At 6 pm? Says I need to leave,no sorry for the inconvenience just get out. Terrible service. Read more
