We popped into Bastion Brewing in Anacortes for a quick bite and were surprised and delighted to find Seas The Day offering... oysters. What a treat! The shellfish was so fresh - the taste was briny and bright - and expertly shucked. The oysters weresmall but just big enough to be able to bite once to unlock their flavor. We booked Seas the Day to serve oysters at our daughters wedding. It could not have been a better experience! The oysters were... delicious and the crew was charming!
