I come here every afternoon during my break at work. The service is speedy, I wait an average of 3-5 minutes. I could get my... coffee even quicker by ordering ahead of time through the app, but I enjoy ordering in person because the staff is just so niceto talk to. I went to starbucks today in anacortes to get my drink before going to work, and i ordered a venti size drink. Im never the one... to complain but when i get to the window it was open and i tried to be nice and say hello and the window got shut in my face.Then when she ( a red dyed hair gal) took my payment and goes to hand me my drink she hands me a grande. i said i ordered aventi and she proceeds to say well you paid for a grande. she tried to lightly say she?d remake it but i was already justirritated and didn?t want to cause trouble so i took it but if your going to work in coffee or customer service at least benice.
