I come here every afternoon during my break at work. The service is speedy, I wait an average of 3-5 minutes. I could get my... coffee even quicker by ordering ahead of time through the app, but I enjoy ordering in person because the staff is just so niceto talk to. Spacious Starbucks with lots of natural light. Definitely a good spot to get some work done, relax, or meet over coffee. Mix of... tables, lounge chairs, and seats with power outlets. The drive thru can get a little backed up during morning and ferry rushtimes. Friendly baristas. Read more

I went to starbucks today in anacortes to get my drink before going to work, and i ordered a venti size drink. Im never the one... to complain but when i get to the window it was open and i tried to be nice and say hello and the window got shut in my face.Then when she ( a red dyed hair gal) took my payment and goes to hand me my drink she hands me a grande. i said i ordered aventi and she proceeds to say well you paid for a grande. she tried to lightly say she?d remake it but i was already justirritated and didn?t want to cause trouble so i took it but if your going to work in coffee or customer service at least benice. Fast service and friendly staff. They make good drink too.
Let's just say, moving quickly isn't in the staff's repertoire. And if you make a mobile order, you can expect the coffee to... arrive at least 15 minutes before your food--if they get around to your order it at all. I've been told after I've waited 20minutes that they are out of a food item on my mobile order, while watching them serve it several to folks at the walk up ordrive through. And once my food order came frozen (they hadn't bothered to heat it). Servers inside regularly turn their backson customers and refuse to look at them, even when it isn't busy. They will sweep floors, start another pot of coffee, or cleanbathrooms when a rush comes, instead of helping at the counter. Any good review you see is a "daily" or someone that got luckyenough to be there when a supervisor was around, because after years of coming here, the failure to provide good service hasonly worsened. So when another reviewer said this is the worst Starbucks he'd ever been to, I concur, and I've been to them on4 continents. At no other Starbucks is the service this terrible (I've seen bad before, but this is the worst and consistentlyso). And that customer apathy is 100% the problem, since everything else is standardized. Try the local Moka Joes. It's alsoslow, but at least no one will turn their back on you and pretend you aren't there. Read more
Expect a wait if you?re going in the morning. They do get people in and out fairly quickly. The biscuits and gravy were... fantastic! Must try. They had a small bar with local beers available. They also offered breakfast beverages. Limited outdoorseating was available. Cheers ???? Read more
This place is terrible. Stood at counter 10 minutes waiting to order coffee. Two servers said they would help in a second but... never did. Tables are dirty with crumbs and not wiped off. Floor is sticky. Their quote of the day is ?I?ll be with you in aminute.? NOT. Read more
