The food is decent enough I love the coupons I get in the mail which makes it an easy place to go for a quick dinner.
Anacortes location has hands down - the WORST customer service I've received in a really long time. The young lady with... brilliant red hair (that's only remarked on, so that is clear that it was her that "assisted" us) was clearly put out with anyquestion I asked regarding the sandwiches and when I mentioned the menu I viewed for ingredients, she immediately corrected me,stating there "IS NO MENU on the site cause everything's made to order". I couldn't get the order to her fast enough for her tomove on to the next sandwich, when she walked away (still in my view), she proceeded to roll her eyes and shake her headnegatively. Just awful. Ordered food 2 hours in advance. Went in at expected time no one acknowledged me for 3 to 5 min. Yes they had a long line. On... the counter was an empty bag with my order attached. When I said that what I was there for they said they were just working onit. Not! They just stopped making the line of people's sandwhiches to make mine. I could have been attacked by hungry people.Haha Read more

We frequent many Subways for work and this is one of of the best ones I've ever visited. The staff was very helpful and patient.... Food quality was on point. I wish more subways were like this one! Read more
Came in they weren't busy only one person was ahead of me and they were paying, I was asked if I was an online pickup I said no... need to order, after that the 3 employees that were there said nothing to me and seemed to work on an online order, I wasn'toffered a time to expect to wait or anything, I just just ignored while 3 people made 2 sandwiches, I normally don't complainabout service workers but there was no service here today. Fast in/out experience. Found a parking spot in front easily. Our sandwiches were made with fresh and delicious ingredients.... And, exactly the way we ordered them. Nice peeps (patient) help you create your sandwich. I had a wrap instead of bread and itwas huge and delish. Read more
Extremely unprofessional almost every time I've been in there. Little kids hanging out behind the counter while the lady was... making my sandwiches, toys on the counters where they prep the food! Seems very unsanitary and it's definitely not like anyother Subway I've been to. It's hit and miss, some of the staff seems to be okay some of the times I go in and pick up an order. Read more
