The drive through attendant is very rude couldn't take orders correctly made us go through the drive through twice
Ordered through mobile and I got home to realize I was missing 2 items from my order. Drove back and had me wait in the parking... lot, I was sitting there for 30 minutes. They were getting busy so I waited longer than I usually would, and I drove back up tothe window and the guy at the window laughed and the first thing he said was ?oh I forgot I?ll get it this time.? I said I havewaited 30 minutes and he closed the window on me. No apology or anything and told me to go park again. Very rude anddisrespectful. Read more
I want to tell someone my order inside, not do it myself. I took forever to put my order into the machine, go to pay and the... machine turns white.... I'm standing by front registers trying to get someone to help me figure if my order was placed or not.It wasn't. Had to do it all over again. Paid more bc of inflation but was told they had to also make meals with less ingredients. 4.99 for Mexican pizza and 3.99 for a... chalupa both with only one scope of meat. It's un real to pay more for less. This is why the parking lot is alway empty. Theservice was the worst service in any fast food restaurant I have gone through. Food was good but the service is lousey and slow. Can't tell about the staff because you have to order from a speaker thing menu... not a person. I call that a robot menu not my kind of place. I probably will go back but it will be very little and it will be awhile Read more
The other night i ordered 2 chicken quesorittos burritos - one of them was put under steak with no steak add chicken - the steak... made it a whole extra $1. I went tonight and got quesorittos again - and there is NO queso or sour cream on them. Just chickenand rice. I placed my mobile order and then at the window had to retell them multiple times i had 2 other drinks. Read more
I mean, it?s Taco Bell, but it is one of the cleanest and friendliest Taco Bell?s you will ever visit. The few times we have... come here, the staff are genuinely nice, our orders have been correct, and the food is always as expected. A dependable optionif you find yourself in Anadarko. Read more
