Great flavor and a unique take on Indian Food. It's not super authentic in comparison to others in the area but it's a great... example of where fusion can take your taste buds. I had the Tikka Masala Burrito and was a huge fan. I hope everyone is having agreat day...hard to see a smile or some sort of happiness in the kitchen. Read more

Pretty good spot. Food is made to order to expect to wait. They give you a buzz pager, but I don't know the range so it's best... to stay relatively close. I got a drink at Hammer Bar, and it worked from there. For is DELICIOUS. I enjoyed every bite.Totally recommend this place, and I'll definitely come back. I always end up trying the same places when I'm in this building.Glad I ventured out and tried this one. Read more

WATERY! This is a word we describe the Lamb Curry after Lara, my daughter, and I tasted it. After 2 hours drove from La Jolla to... Anaheim, we reached Anaheim Packing District after a horrible spring break traffic on Friday afternoon. We were exhausted, thirsty, and hungry. We had a walk in the food court, and we decided to have Fish and Fries and Indian food. We bought ChippyFish and Fries and Lamb Curry from ADYA Fresh Indian Flavor. The Fish and Fries with ice tea is $14.xx and Lamb Curry is $15.99both before the tax. I can't believe I ever had such bad Indian food. I always say if there is only one food that can make mebe a vegetarian, it will be Indian food. ADYA was so disappointed in me. The curry was tasteless, without spice flavor, and thetexture was watery. The only good point was that was hot, I mean temperature not the spicy. I went to India three times, I hadmore than one hundred curry in different restaurants. I have to say this was the worst curry I ever had. The curry had nosense of sticky, it dropped all the way through the rice to the bottom once you spoon the curry on top of the rice. Come on,it's not a curry. The lamb was so dry and so hard, tasteless again. I hate choosing this one. It's shameful in such a greatplace. Their shame and mine. Read more

I?ve only tried their chicken tikka masala combo that comes with naan, some kind of lentil soup, salad and a cucumber dipping... sauce. I?m no Indian food expert at all, but I just really enjoyed the flavors of everything. The chicken was tender and thetikka sauce was yummy. The naan was fresh. Also got another order of garlic naan and that was really good too! I woulddefinitely come back here! The lentil soup thingie was actually really tasty too. Read more

Chef Shachi Mehra at ADYA creates a changing, universally appealing menu that is available in sit-down (outside on the elevated... former loading dock!) or casual take away options. Menus are visible on the walls. The packing house is such a fun place tovisit, and adds a historic note to the experience. Chef Shachi blends Western and Indian flavors, mixing tradition withmodernity.   She shares her passion for ethnic food in hands-on cooking classes.  AND she last year she was a Chopped TV ShowChampion! Burnt naan, tasteless food and watery dal makani with 0 taste. Horrible horrible and absolutely the worst! Paid $50 for 2... people. I would recommend the mango mint lasi and the samosa chat. Try another Indian place if you can! Read more

Place has some decent dishes, but I do have some complaints. I had the keema naan (5.99 stuffed with ground meat). It was... pretty good, meat patty inside was fluffy and wasn't a solid brick of meat inside. I also had the goat cheese naan (5.99). Verymoist and, but more slightly burnt. See the photos where it is on top of the tikka masala I then had the lamb seekh kabab(14.49) this was the best part of the items I tried. Lemon rice was firm and had a nice citrus flavour. Kababs were moist andplenty of spices in them. I did like the mint dressing that came with the salad. The chicken tikka masala (13.99) was the mostdisappointing part of the meal. It was served with basmati rice that was not too fragrant. Chicken breast was fine inside thecup: I had about seven 2 oz portions. They were pretty good and have a good neutral flavour. The sauce on the other hand wasnot good for me. It was fresh yes, but was so off in flavour from most sauces I had. It was kind of watery, had way too manytomato in it and had little spices at all. I would not get this again. The photo I provided may decieve you, those have the naanon top of it. You get the side of rice and the cup of masala. That's it. A fourth of the menu is blocked out. Please again seethe photos. My impression is that portions are a little bit small for what you pay for. If I had to go again, I would take thekeema naan and the lamb seekh kabab as they have the better value. Read more

Got the blues? Eat here to feel human again. Flavors that warm your soul, with not overpowering spices like some Indian places,... but spices that highlight the main ingredients of the dish. Best coconut shrimp curry I?ve ever had. Garlic naan cookedperfectly. Saag paneer with fresh ingredients. Light, delectable, and creamy raita. Biryani rice with coconut flavor you canactually taste. I can?t say enough about how amazing Chef Shachi and Sandeep?s recipes are timeless, and priceless. Some maycomplain that the prices are high here, but you get what you?re paying for. Luxurious flavors in a casual setting. Treatyourself to some Adya! Read more
