Did we go on an off night? 1) Server was mia, had to go pick up our drinks that waited almost 10 minutes on the bat. 2) GLASS... shard on one of the drinks(she only took a sip and found it, likely more than one). Didn't apologize, did remake it, but then Ihad to go pick it up AGAIN myself. 3) Food wasn't good. Veggies had what looked like mold, fries were, best I can describe,stale. How do you screw up fries? My first time at this location lots of people waiting it was around 8:00 on Friday the hostess said there was no waiting in the... bar area walked right in bartender asked us if you wanted menus and took our drink order three different menus lots of happyhour specials what a deal we all got meals a couple of appetizers two or three drinks a piece food was out really quick orderwas correct drinks were good the price was right what more could you ask for will be returning Read more
Multiple orders came in incorrectly. They had to take them back and redo them. Then when they brought back our new orders,... things were missing or still not how we ordered. The manager took over an hour to show up and only showed up after we asked tospeak with him multiple times. He then went and got our receipt himself and tried charging us incorrectly for something wedidn't order. Very unsatisfied. Read more
We just had a 5 star afternoon at Anaheim Applebee's. Our server Maura remembers us we always sit in her area. Maura make our... dinner special . All of the associates are great. Met the manager and he is friendly and wants everyone to be satisfied. ThisApplebee's should be busy in the afternoon and more people should check it between 1and 4. I like their food, especially the mozarella sticks, they also have combo pack, with one apetizer and 2 entrees starting at 22$.... But the service was not good there, food was slow while there was only 2 tables, we order a 3 drinks, the waiter came with 2 outof 3, they served the plates without cutlery, i had to get up to pick up my self. Wow. This area needed a place like Applebee's. Plenty of parking. When you walk in you're greeted with a warm welcome, which... is always a good sign. The food is good, they have specials and their regular menu, variety to choose from. The service isgreat. Our server was awesome. The atmosphere is fabulous, casual. First time here and the wait to be seated was 40 mins. We asked hostess Emilee about the bar area and said there was a wait as... well. Right before we got seated she sat another couple at the bar who had just arrived. We asked for the bar and she took usthere, so I asked her if there was a waiting for the bar as well why she sat the other couple that literally took 3 mins to seatjust because they wasn?t going to stay because of the wait, her response was ?well you didn?t asked about the bar? and walkedaway.
