We came here while on vacation from Jersey to visit a family member who lives in the area. We sat outside on the porch area and... it was beautiful what a nice night. All of our food was excellent they modified every single one of our dishes to our requestand everything was super fresh wjth quality ingredients. We’re south Philly Italians where we have the Italian market in ourback yard and some of the best restaurants in the east coast and we’ve been struggling to eat while here out west. Not herethey made us feel right at home. I can’t say enough about how incredible the owner is he was very tentative and unbelievablyhospitable. Pure gentlemen. Even gave us some complimentary drinks on the house and joined some conversation about the strugglesof being business owners. Can’t give this place enough stars we 100% will be back again next time we are in the area and ourfamily member said she’s found her new favorite place ! Definitely worth a visit it’s real home made old school fine Italiancooking done right. No gimmicks no games just good food and a great atmosphere. Read more

I grew up on the east coast (Philadelphia area) and have been trying to find a good Italian restaurant since I moved to... California about a decade ago. Finally found one. Staff is always smiling, joking, and friendly. Service is amazing. The foodthe best Italian I've had anywhere between San Diego and Los Angeles. It is small but its size adds to the atmosphere.Definitely recommend. Read more
Dinner is expensive, especially since the sound is small. But the food is good and the service is excellent. The thin crust... pizza is special and very tasty. Starter dishes are VERY small. The pasta is perfectly cooked and seasoned. The kitchen can beviewed through the glass while waiting. It's downtown, a little bit, but in the bill option can be a shock. We enjoyed it butprobably won't be back for dinner due to the price. The waiter told us that we ordered too much and we almost left hungry. Ifyou have an expense account, by all means go.... I felt authentic (as if I was in Italy)may be because of the ambience and the crowd on the day I dined-in. Kudos to crowd!... Sometime we need embrace people around us. I felt here. Wine is just flavorful. I am not wine lover but I loved the taste. Restmenu was simple something similar to any Italian restaurant. But quantity is just enough. Bruschetta romana appetizer andentrees egg parmigiana was something which I ordered and it was good. Also the ice cream desert was good not to sweet and it waslight too. Service is good too. Reservations during happening days especially for two people is something they don’t do. Butif it’s four and more than four then your good to reserve I guess. Too much Crowd on Valentine’s Day so I could not gettable so give them call to reserve your table. Read more
Always excellent dishes. Food is prepared fresh daily, a good section of fresh pasta. Dishes are right portion size similar to... Italy. We had fresh pappardelle with white sauce and seafood. As starter Burrata. Great flavor. Read more

It was an extremely disappointing lunch that I had. When I walked in at around 1pm it was dark and looked empty. I ordered... Eggplant Parmigiana and waited for at least 20 minutes. Finally, the food came. It was 3 small slices of Eggplant and a tinyserving of pasta. The food was not even hot! It was super salty! I was shocked that $18.99 for this tiny serving of food. Thisis by far the worst Italian food that I have ever had. I would never come back again! Read more
