So really it's the only Carl's right next to where I live That's been pretty decent so far! it's pretty clean inside never... really had any issues and food's always hot and the line to the drive-through seems to go pretty good! The drive thru was such a long wait, after waiting for ever. The people got our order wrong. So we had to go through the drive... thru again, waited again. And I hate it when they mess up, they still had attitude and they never compensate you with somethingto atleast apologize. Apologies go a long way when they are in the wrong. Read more
It's upsetting that they ALWAYS make you wait outside during a drive thru. I come here regularly because of work but regret... every single time. If you're in a hurry DO NOT come here. Plus customer service is awful. Read more
