The male employees are nice. The females are not. At least not today. Super stingy lady gave me half scoops of rice and beans... for my bowl. Had to ask for more for the first time ever. Is there a shortage or something? She the proceeds to give me a scoopof chicken that is barely enough to be eaten in one bite. The guy next to her had to step in to give me a real scoop. I wentback to ask the guy at the register for a lemon and some girl tells him to have me wait so he can focus on the next person whoneeds to pay. The problem is they were barely wrapping up the person's burrito. They weren't even ready to pay. Thankfully theguy didnt listen to her and just got me a lemon. Took 2 seconds. Read more

Food is as good as other locations. Restroom requires an access code which is provided in the bottom of receipt.
Megan has the worst customer service! I asked to get the Cold items separated from the hot for reheating purposes. She, gave me... a negative attitude. I do customer service my self for a living, you always thank the customer she just walked away after thetransaction was finished, didn't say a word. I was the one who said thanks have a nice day. Smh??????? maybe she was having abad day. But even so, you at least fake good customer service. Hopefully next time I will have a more pleasant experience. Read more
I do not like leaving bad reviews BUT this is the WORST Chipotle, avoid it. The employees were terrible, slow, and they had... attitudes. This place sucks, and to top it all off, they skimp on the portion size for mobile orders. All the women workingthere must have been "synced up" because it was definitely that time of the month. This location is the worse. There?s been several times where I walk in and only 1-2 people are working during the lunch rush. ... who?s the manager? and is that person blind or just plain lazy? I would go to another chipotle location which is farther thanthis and be in and out rather quickly. avoid this place like a plague during rush, the line is usually out the door fornothing. Read more
