Please pollo loco, do a better job at quality control on your burritos and plates chicken! You don't know how important a meal... is when you have been waiting at the ER for 6 hours and your dd offers to drive all the way from LB to brings you food, only toget the most dry chicken there is!! The burrito and the plate had such of dry chicken I can barely chew it and my sick 80 momtoo. We pay for good chicken not chicken that I wouldn't eat if I wasn't starving. The worst part is that I had to lie to mydaughter and say the food was good when it was so awful. Do better next time!???????? Read more
This location is always clean. Employees go the extra mile to make sure the tables are clean and the floors swept. Also, the... quality of the food is great. Some of the locations have lowered the quality of the food, like the everyone's very favoriteavocado sauce. Every time my family and I go to our local restaurant in YL, we regret it. The avocado sauce is, every time, asalted chalky watery "avocado" sauce. So, now when I am craving my favorite chicken, I go to eather the Anaheim hills one orthis location in Anaheim. Tasty marinated Mexican flame broiled chicken with the usual side orders of beans & rice. While I am given first to order bone... in chicken, I enjoy the menu with fresh made tostadas, seasonal tamales, and the occasional beef Barbacoa tacos. Read more
I come here all the time and almost every time they get my order wrong. All I ask for is extra avocado and they leave out... ingredients from my meal. Wow this location is unbelievable... El pollo loco should just shut all it's locations down and quit the food business,... seriously! They are super stingy about anything, including things that you get in abundance like salsa in the past and use covidto conveniently avoid opening the salsa bar. Worst of all, chicken (their bread & butter) is garbage now and employees are ultrarude, mean and unhappy. Gone are the days when It was good before the pandemic but these days my family and I, along withfriends, don't even recognize this place anymore. It's such a shame coz we used to visit 90% of the time. Now it's down toalmost 5% out of desperation and everyone I know have uninstalled their app on their phones. We need a new chain of grilledchicken franchise that will challenge and put el pollo loco out of its misery and out of business, post pandemic. Read more

Place is really good. The only thing though, is in occasion while going on drive through, the tend to forget items that I... ordered... I know that working in a fast food restaurant, it does get a bit hard just because you need to work in an adequatepace, but come on. I also get that not all employees work the same, but at least be a bit positive, I get it.. some days can bea bit fustrating. But those good employees always make it up. Read more
