We had reserved for the fantasmic meal and were ordering at counter. Arrived at 4pm on 11/19/22. I was handed a menu and told I... needed to order three items from that menu for the three of us. I was with a staff member and couldn't see the overhead menu. Wewere really bummed about the terrible options and the menu seemed odd but ok, we were told we had to order three things. Toldthem really wasn't anything happening and honestly we were probably going to just dump the food and get something elsewhere.When I handed in the menu a.staff person looked at it funny and said to another "I'm going to hide these" as if the menushouldn't be in circulation. Accidents happen but I'm quite sure that staff realized after I'd ordered that they'd given me anincomplete menu. Turns out I was given the vegetarian friendly menu only. 102 dollars. I did eat the salmon which was decentbut it would have been nice to be able to get my son something edible from the regular menu. Make sure they give you the rightmenu, and whatever you do don't order the impossible sloppy whatever that was. I was vegan for 12 years and eat impossibleburgers all the time but it's legit gross. Disney itself is great fun for all. This restaurant compared to others are just fine. Food was fair and system glitched for a... near hour. The cast members were very nice , the food was horrible - used to be my favorite- I do want to say, the people who took the... order , gave the order to us , and cleaned tables were great - but the food was absolutely cold - old - not good at all- thiswas around 7:30pm - they were out of many options (New menu items ) I wanted , so ordered one of every meal option for myfamily and even dessert items they had - No one in my family liked the food - we are not picky - Again the cashier , and tablecrew were amazing ! I brought my 3 nephews to DLR every summer when they were growing up. We always ate at Hungry Bear and never had a bad meal. One... of my now grown nephews brought me back to Disneyland and purchased the Fantasmic meal deal for us. As others have shared, thereis a very limited menu to choose from. We asked if we could substitute the Impossible Burger for the Sloppy Joe sandwich and theChef himself approved the substitution. When we opened the burger to add condiments we noticed that they had placed pepper Jackcheese on it in place of American. We removed the pepper Jack, took our first bite and immediately felt extreme burning in ourmouths! Upon inspection, someone had added jalapeños to the lettuce beneath the patty. Not funny, Hungry Bear staff! Also, tHebun was dry to the point of being crunchy. For the money we spent we were extremely disappointed. I have been going to Disney my whole life. I do not normally write reviews. I come here for the food. My fiancé and I booked... Fantasmic reservations through Hungry Bear, they supply you with a very limited menu. We ordered the ribs. Upon opening theplastic container holding my meal I gag on a putrid smell, I continue to eat the meal we just spent over $70 on. I am unable tofinish. Bits of bone and cartilage in every bite of this dry meat. The Potato salad, terrible. The included desert fell apartbefore I could even take a legitimate bite. I have NEVER been disappointed by a meal at Disney. This is a first. I expect to getripped off at Disneyland, it?s a part of the experience. But this meal, was grotesque to eat and putrid from the moment I openedthe container. Could be a flop, the other dishes might be better. DO NOT ORDER THE RIBS. Read more
Great cabin Patio eating area with water view. Had the Spicy BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with crisp Onion Rings. The bacon tasted... like it was smoked. The Snickerdoodle Cold Brew drink is very tasty. So if you need a pick-me-up, make sure get one Read more
I've eaten here a few times in the past and didn't love it. This time we got some of the seasonal foods Disney is offering and... we loved them! The Pumpkin Cheesecake Funnel Cake was a huge portion, and the Loaded Onion rings Were great for the price. Ihave also heard their usual food has improved significantly! Read more
I hate to give a 1 star to an establishment at Disneyland but this was the worst food I have ever had here. The chicken was dry... and beyond spicy. The impossible sloppy joe was spicy but edible. They were not what you expected for the $$. To pay $35 perperson for the ability to get primary seating at Fantasmic was ridiculous. Do not recommend. Read more
