Visited this place as we saw they have very good reviews. However, They are not an authentic Japanese Sushi restaurant. Food... options are Only rolls, a few sashimi items and fried food but not Sushi. We ordered 1 roll, 1 fried squid, albacore carpacio,seaweed salad and moved on. Roll is okay, carpacio is blank. It was my first time having lunch at Kaiba, and I enjoyed their food & service. They have a drive-through as well!! The interior... is spotless and nicely renovated. It was two of us, and we shared a small Sashimi platter that offered Yellowtail, Salmon,Tuna, and seared tuna, and all of it was delicious! We also ordered the Alaskan sushi roll and Spicy Garlic edamame. The rollwas yummy, and so was the edamame. FYI, you can choose your spice level for the edamame! I will for sure stop by again soon.
