Went to Phantom for the first time this weekend and am looking forward to going back. Great selection of beers and the Hard... Root-beer is delicious. This time around it was our final destination after a couple other stops so we only enjoyed one roundof drinks. Next time we?ll be starting here and staying much longer. Read more

We originally went to The Bruery Tasting Room and did not like 1 our of 10 beers we tried there. Then we came to Phantom Ales... and had an experience to remember. 10 out of 10 beers we tried and we like them all. Good brews here and the food just adds abonus to their amazing brewery experience. Highly recommend. Will be back for sure. Read more

This place doesn't have the best atmosphere and is small but..the food and the mead are a win win. They have opened up a back... patio which is great. Service always quick and friendly. They no longer have my favorite pulled pork nachos but made up for itwith the pizzas and the chicken tendys. There phantom sauce was delicious. Also missed the gummy mix in with the mead but thekiwi seltzer was a good stand in. So even with my negative comments I give this place 5 stars and will always choose them oversome of the other higher profile places in the area Read more

This place has blossomed into the best local kept secret. They have inventive beers and a cool vibe. The best new addition is... food! They have an every changing menu to keep it exciting. They even make their own root beer from time to time. Read more

For about a year now, I've been coming to this brewery which was highly recommended by a friend. She has been coming for... years. I never had an issue and have always recommended this place to friends. It's always been amazing service. However! On tworecent different occasions I've had a bad experience with a few of their staff members and the service. In the first occasionthe staff was constantly hovering us and making snarky remarks as we were just trying to hang out. They forgot to get my seconddrink until i reminded them i had one. AND i ordered a pizza, which took nearly an hour to get to us. After 30 minutes ofwaiting, my friend went to ask about it and "it got lost in the system" i figured ehh. It happens. But On the second occasion myfriend ordered mushrooms and cheese fries along with a mead. It was her first time here and in a few minutes they brought outthe mushrooms. I went back to talk to the staff and they forgot the cheese fries. When I asked my friend where her drink was,she said they never gave it to her. So she went back to ask for it. For one order we had to constantly check in on THEM for it.Which was very annoying. Later that night the staff began to give us attitude. My friend was upset with the service and thestaff began to argue with her then told all of us to leave. It was 9:50. They close at 11. We spent a lot of money that night ona lot of food and beers so I'm really angry about the situation. The staff has definitely been worse with time. We sat outsideon both occasions to prevent this kind of behavior but the staffs only consistency was watching us and making snarky remarks. Read more

I've been a patron at phantom ales for about 4 years now, I love their food and drinks. Frequently, I bring large groups of... people for all occasions we meet for. Throughout the years I've seen the rotation of staff coming and going. Unfortunately thepast 2 times I've gone, their new employee Trent has been the worst employee they've hired. He's rude, unwelcoming, creepy andhostile. The first occasion, throughout the evening he would stare and hover over the party of women I was with. He'd make it apoint to stand by our group and peer over us, smoke and make comments with some other person. The second occasion, he did thesame throughout the whole evening. Except this time he kicked us out and shoved one of the girls with us in passing. I hope theowner sees this and gets this guy out of the establishment. It's costing their business money and patronage. Read more

In a world of breweries copying each other and one-upsmanship, Phantom ales stands alone. Phantom isn't afraid to take a risk... and make something unique. Whether their fabulously refreshing pulque, their 12% cider, or their pickles, everything they makeis unlike any other brewery. Unique. Absolutely unique. And delicious. Read more
