It was my first time here and I heard a lot about this place. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star on service because they... forgot to bring my wife and son there drinks, but other than that this place was amazing. It was definitely the best steak Iever had in every way. I will definitely recommend this place for a good time. Hands down this is my favorite Ruth’s Chris location out of all the ones I’ve ever visited! The service is top notch and the... food is always consistently delicious! Other locations I’ve been to really missed the mark but not this one. They really goabove and beyond to make your experience enjoyable. Every time I’ve gone here to celebrate an occasion they alwaysacknowledge it. I love their custom menu’s they print out when it’s a birthday along with the cute little confetti todecorate the table! So festive! Service is 5 star. I’ve never gotten bad service at this location. Each waiter has alwaysbeen friendly and very attentive to our needs. They always come in and check up on our party to make sure everyone is happy.There is always a manager that comes around to ensure we are having a pleasant experience as well. The food is amazing! Im notreally one for steak or seafood (why do I go to a steak restaurant, I know) but honestly their sides are worth it to me. Iabsolutely love their Caesar salad, i know it’s simple and you can’t really mess that up but theirs really is delicious!Sides I’d recommend are: Lobster Mac and cheese, Sweet potato casserole and their potatoes au gratin! Ok, so let me start off by saying it wasn't all bad, but man was it a bad experience.we ordered a bottle of wine, btw its a $10... bottle of wine that they sell for $50+ We waited for over an hour for our food, we Ordered the 40oz porterhouse for 2, thosecooks do NOT know how to cook steak. I asked for medium well, they brought it to me very rare, I sent it back to be cookedlonger, waited and they brought it back to me still rare, also they ran out of butter and used a nasty alternative on a plate,it was tasteless and pointless, the steak was tasteless and was un-seasoned....so the manager came over and apologized, gave usa free dessert. It is a great place for any occasion especially a date night. We had our 27th Wedding Anniversary and they did excellent. The... food was cooked to perfection and how you share the meals is great. I would recommend at least eating their once. Read more

Their steak and shrimp were good but I was surprised that none of the steak options (that night at least) included grass-fed... beef. All steak was corn-fed. The sweet potato casserole was very good - order it as a dessert or for someone with a sweettooth. I also recommend the shrimp appetizers. We were seated quickly and our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and on top ofthings. Our party of 4 included one vegetarian. We researched their online menu beforehand and they had four vegetationoptions. However, when we had sat down, we discovered only one was available. I realize this is a steak house but it's becomingmore common that one person in a large party has vegetarian needs so I'd recommend at the very least keeping the online menuupdated when entrees are no longer available. Steak houses are generally not my thing, but I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. For the table... we ordered the asparagus (which no one touched), the au gratin potatoes, which were absolutely delicious and the best side, thecrab cakes were okay, and unfortunately the goat cheese and artichoke dip could have been a hit, although it was barelylukewarm. For the main course, I ordered the 16 oz NY strip - it’s a lot of meat!!!, and the baked potato. My steak wassizzling and perfectly seasoned. The baked potato was loaded w sour cream, cheese, bacon bits, and green onion which was alsosuper good. We were there for over three hours. From the moment we walked in we knew we were in a place of luxury and class. This spot was not only as good as I expected, no no... no, it superseded it!! The steaks were cooked to perfection and the flavor was phenomenal!! You definitely need to order thegarlic mashed potatoes and the creamed spinach to go with your order. Our appetizers, the seafood stuffed mushrooms and salad,were tasty and delivered in a timely manner, and staff is very friendly and attentive.
