Homeless person left their shopping cart in front of the store then proceeded to occupy a bathroom for the next half hour. They... had a second restroom but we were informed that this one was for employees only even though we had two small children indesperate need of a restroom. Every other Starbucks that I have been to with two restrooms has made both available to customers.I guess they got tired of having both restrooms occupied by homeless people and upset employees not being able to use therestroom. Starbucks has made a calculated decision here that it is better to make sure that employees have a restroom ratherthan addressing the issue of homeless people taking up residence in your restrooms. 5 stars for employee care. 1 star forcustomer care. I'm an OG Starbucks fan. I used to go to the very 1st one in Seattle decades ago. Been to hundreds, thousands of stores. But... this is the absolute worst store for service. Missed orders, late orders, sitting in curbside parking being ignored. Why put asan option on app??? Waited 10 plus minutes on a mobile order due to the staff here giggling and repeatedly spilling drinks for goofing around. Will... not be ordering ahead at this location anymore there?s no point, will barely be making it to work on time even with ordering 15min ahead and being 5 min down the street. Read more
Lovely staff! Super helpful. I had a sore throat and the barista was so kind and helped me find a tea that would soothe my... throat. I wish there was actually lemon juice but other than that it was a great experience. Read more
