the employees & manager here are very inept in life, e.g. even the manager thinks it's fine for a "steamed milk" to be... refrigerator cold. there is no language barrier, so what is her problem? is she pretending to not understand temperature? why? she keeps talking about it as if she wants to know: she does not know what temperature is, _and_ she cannot learn whattemperature is? really? this location is closer to my house so it?s easier for me and my family to come here but everytime I come here they always make... my drink wrong. I tried giving this location so many chances but every single time they get my drink wrong. I gets so annoyinghonestly because I get home and I have to fix the drink myself. It happens to my family members too so I?m not the only one.Today I ordered a shaken espresso with chai and pumpkin and oatmilk. Firstly, there was no oatmilk in my drink. Came back to this location after a long time enjoyed the Frappuccino quick and fast service
It's what you would expect from any other Starbucks except for the amount of traffic. Surprisingly there are plenty of... customers both walk in and drive-thru. The staff seems to be working very quickly and collaboratively to fulfill orders. Partonsmay need to have an understanding that during these times customer service at the counter may not be on par. The indoor seatingarea is clean as well as the restrooms. For more privacy or space checkout there ample outside seating. Read more
This starbucks location is the closest to my sons after school activity so I?ve been to this store a lot over the past five... years. This store always has the worst customer service. I don?t really have time to write reviews or call to complain buttodays visit was the final straw. A young women with a name tag that read ?Diana? was so unnecessarily rude. I don?t understandwhy she had such an attitude. I thought maybe it?s just her personality but two seconds later she was laughing and beingfriendly with her coworker. But It?s not just her. Most of the workers are just so unfriendly, which leads me to believe thatthe Manager must be the same, to hire and tolerate such rude behavior. When I was younger I worked for starbucks for about 7years so I understand how much patience it takes to work in a customer service job like starbucks. I also have experienced themore difficult customers, so I always try to be a considerate customer and tip because I was a barista once too. This storeneeds customer service training ASAP. Read more
