While he location is spacious and has ample chairs and tables to comfortably sit, the cons may outweigh the pros for some... visitors. 1ST, there are no wall outlets to plug in your devices.... NONE. This is probably a waste of money for those who needto study or chip away at work. 2ND, the most expensive version of my drink was made when that wasn't what I asked for and was $2more. So they may cut corners by ringing up default items instead of customizing base items. A tea with milk is not always aLondon fog. Read more
Edit: I finally got my order and he didn't give me straws so I asked for some and he said hold on so he turned around and... started to rinse a blender and made me wait, a customer had to actually reach and gave me some straws. Unbelievable the way theymanage this store. I will never return to this Starbucks. Wow can't believe how slow they go seriously I've been waiting for 20mins and the guy is barely doing my order. I understand they have drive thru but when I got here i was the only one as walk in.Terrible service I had to get up and ask about my order. Read more
This place is very nice as it is new and modern. The staff there were very courteous and informed me there would be a long wait... time due to how busy they were. However, the amount of staff working seemed slim compared to the volume of orders they weregetting. I gave my name while on walking order. Waited around 30 min. Nobody call my name or either my order. I asked customer service... but told it will take more minutes since It was in person order. Later on same lady agent came and said sorry your name was notthere so order was misplaced. What the hell? So poor on customer service. Read more

Super slow service, there are 4 ppl working and took a while for them to even acknowledge me to take my order. Very low energy,... Usually other starbucks employees seem to have more energy. A man came to return a drink that was something he did not orderedafter waiting a long time to get his drink in the drive through.
