Went 2 days in a row and it was closed on both occasions. No closed sign and no trading hours on the shop front. On the second... day, we went at about 1pm and the staff had already locked the doors and actively ignored me when I was confused about whetherthey were opened or not. It?s so ridiculous, I order through the app early because I had to catch the bus. I order way ahead of time. Been waiting for 28... minutes and my bus arrived but my order was yet to be prepared. They were still serving mobile orders from 6:40am, my order was7:00am and the current time was 7:28am. When waiting inside, people who arrived to line up got their orders quicker than thoseof mobile. I mobile ordered at 1:56. Walked over to pick up drinks and was met with this sign taped on the door that they were closing at 2... for the day. They should've turned off mobile ordering beforehand so that money wouldn't have been taken from m account. Read more
As soon as I walked through the door all of the staff were super friendly. I was struggling to put words together (wanted to... cry..), the gentleman who took my order gave me a free pastry and drink. I can?t even put into words how much that small actmade my day. They talked about my tattoos, and really made sure I was okay. I can?t thank this staff enough for making me feelsafe. Read more
Fast paced but nonetheless not lacking the personal touch. Stayed at the hotel nearby, was helped by Sam, very good with... customer service. We need more baristas like Sam. Lots of traffic coming in & out, online orders recommended. Read more
Worst Starbucks ever! An hou fir a drink when the app said 8 minutes. No way to cancel. 25 drinks here for all the people who... had to leave. Nothing for those of us staying. Some good profit from people who paid for nothing. He?s explaining to peoplethat it will be at least an HOUR from when we ordered. Counter stuffed with drinks if those who have bailed.
