Take so long to place my order. The staffs like to spend time charting with customers before the customers place order and jam... up the line. They might not follow the refill policies original from Starbucks. Just treat it like a coffee shop in Target. Read more
Went in this morning for some passion tea lemonade and for some reason were out of it. I then (after trying to order two other... drinks that they were supposedly out of) I finally ask what they do have and then ordered that. The drink was fine but the placewas a bit dirty and trash was overflowing. As I was leaving, the people ordering couldn't get kids for their hot coffee. I meancome on, how does the store not have lids for the main items the franchise sells. That was ridiculous to me. Would come herewith caution and more than a couple of options. Read more
Not coming to this Starbucks again. The 2 girls had an attitude while taking my order. There were only 2 people in line... including myself and still took them almost 20 minutes to end up giving me the wrong drink! I have never had a bad experience inany Starbucks until now. Read more
Worst Starbucks! The counter lady didn't understand "Americano" even though I said to her three times. Maybe she was a racist or... she didn't want to listen to me.
