The food was good, the service was bad. The female that was preparing the food eyeballed me with discuss as soon as I walked in... and didn't want to help me. She had to go to the back to get someone else to take my order. She was making smirk remarks to hercoworker about me and laughing. After I paid they sang a song and laughed. I felt very discriminated and singled out. Thissubway is mostly empty and it's probably because of the employees. The people they hire are very young and dumb. They also overcharge certain customers it could be bias or racism against people they hate . Read more
Since they changed their menu and raise their prices it's not as good. I went to a location on Beach boulevard and ball rd in... Anaheim there's so many homeless people around there it makes me so nervous. I don't think I'll go back to that location again Read more
My sub was top notch! They let me bring my bicycle inside because it's not the best part of town. The staff was very... accommodating and professional. Awesome food, true sandwich artist! Read more
Service 5 star but for the owner 0 I paid $10 for a steak and cheese and got just bread I paid $10 dollars for bread not... toasted. warm dont even think the steak was hot just warm and the bread was not toasted add bacon dont think that was cookedfully either I cant eat any veggies so I ordered it like is the portion you give out is horrible for the price I pay Read more
Ever get the feeling that you walked into the *wrong* restaurant??? I just did. The young lady working at this Subway entirely... ignored me for about 20 seconds as she loaded bread onto a rack. I know that doesn't seem like much...but when you're standingthere waiting it seems like an eternity. All she had to say was "I'll be right with you." A smile would have been nice. Asshe made my sandwich and took my money she didn't smile once. Either she was having a really bad day or she hated being there. I suspect it was the latter. That's Ok, we've all had jobs we've hated. I understand. But please, find a job you like. Ifyou can't at least simulate courtesy then get one far far away from the general public. Thanks! Read more
This location lies to their customers about the restroom being out of order so they don't have to let customers use it. After... realizing the restroom had supposedly been out of order every time I had visited this location for over a year, I asked one ofthe staff members about it, and she said it didn't flush. I just looked at other reviews and found a review from August of 2017saying that the restroom had been out of order for a very long time. As we were eating, I saw a staff member go into therestroom, so I got up to wait outside the door. I heard her very clearly as she used the restroom, then I heard the toiletpaper, then I heard the toilet flush without an issue, but strangely no sound of her washing her hands. As she opened the door,I reached for the handle since I could tell the restroom was functioning without an issue, and she forcefully pulled the doorclosed and said it was out of order then walked quickly to the back as I was in the middle of asking her a question so thatthere was nobody for me to discuss my issue with. It feels insulting to be lied by a business that I just purchased lunch from. Read more
Qualify food. Good variety of ingredients. Fast, efficient service but, older female employee made a negative comment when I... asked for extra olives (which I ALWAYS ask for).
