Came here two nights in a row. Same time 1am. Once the worker see a long line(both nights someone came to the lobby to check)... they shut off lights for the outside building and drive thru. This is unacceptable. Dates 9/22 and 9/23. Read more
I have recently decided not to go back to taco bell until they bring the Mexican Pizza back. I don't understand why they claim... they will not be back in stock until fall... that is not acceptable. I wasn't even able to get one a few months ago, they onlylasted a day at the taco bells near me.... really? A day? worst fast food place wait EVER!! service was SO SLOW... drive thru line ridiculous. they are maybe understaffed at night if we... are being nice, but it looks like plenty of people back there. I came to pick up an order to deliver - so my customer's food wasalready ordered, paid for, made, and is sitting getting cold and they insist I wait in the drive thru line - which is VERY long(wraps thru neighboring gas station parking lot, and is BARELY moving at all).. I got out and walked up to the speaker to ask ifsomeone could just bring it to the door, but NO. so now I'm stuck waiting in this line which would be ABSURD even if my foodwasn't paid for, ready to go and getting cold. plus, I am not paid for my time in any real way doing deliveries... so this iscosting me time and money!! The staff is really nice. Spanish is spoken. The only thing is that you have to help yourself in a machine and for elderly... people this might be kind of confusing when placing an order. However, an assistant helped us. Read more
