Walked in, no greeting, no one behind the register for over 8 mins. Decided to order through the self serve system. Still... another 5 mins and only one employee passed by after her break without even acknowledging the 3 people in line. I'm not the type of people to complain or do reviews good nor bad but this time is an exception. I ordered 7 items. Chalupa were... hard and dry like cardboard and the meat was awful plus the drinks were wrong. Disappointed on a 40dl order. I'll have cereal athome next time to save the money the embarrassment with my lady. Read more
Very bad customer service! The guy was very rude. I guess they never received my ordered and they wanted to charge me again. ( I... ordered inside the restaurant and showed the receipt????) but the guy didn't believe me... when I asked for a cup holder the guybasically threw it at me. Need better Employees Read more
I doordashed food for my roommate and I to stay safely inside while testing positive for covid? we only got a total of 6 items.... Not an insane number. And asked for a handful of mild and hot sauce packets for us to use. They forgot 2 out of the 6 tacos?gave us two mild hot sauce packets and no napkins to use. Then we go to open our tacos and both the crunchy tacos we can?t eveneat normally, we had to eat with forks? Like come onnnn guys. It?s not hard to pay attention when packaging food especially whenit?s a measly 6 items? like how did you miss 1/3 of a small order and no sauces ??? -_- Read more
The best thing about this Taco Bell... it's in the same parking lot as M&M Donuts. If you are in this Taco Bell right now get up... and walk out the door, take the 25 yard walk across the parking lot and get the best Blueberry Donut on the planet. Take theburrito and/or taco and drop it in the garbage or just leave it on the table for the employee to clean up and get a dozendonuts. Trust me you will thank me later. This taco bell cuts so many corners and its easily identifiable in the food. The tacos come with very little meat or cheese , if... you get cheesy fries they are barely seasoned and the cheese dip is barely half full. The burritos also lack in meat and alwaysfeel floppy from being so underfilled. They hardly ever want to give out more than a few sauce packets. Its almost as if theowner is penny pinching to save costs for some kind of bonus from her company. Surely there must be some motivation for the foodhere to be so constantly underwhelming in their portions compared to every other location ive ever been to. You don't have totake my word for it theres plenty of other one star reviews stating the same. I will never be returning here since it ALWAYSdissapoints. Read more
