Just went to order food and of course gave guy my order and he read it back 2 me twice and he still messed up order. This place... is horrible how hard is it to get 2 mexican pizzas. If you can listen don't get a job where that's the most important part ofyour job. Read more

Bad experience. They were 4 employees on the floor. 2 of the employees left out to replace posters. Not a good idea when theirs... a new employee on the floor running drive-thru and front. The cook was helping the new employee. Shame on the team leader andthe other employee for leaving the new team member alone. Read more

Terrible customer service today is Friday 03/26/22 online hours open till 2:00 a.m. it is 8:20 p.m. they are closed for pick up... to go or to dine in.. Stephanie if it?s her real name was very rude wouldn?t answer the phone but was looking at us, shefinally answer at 8:50 p.m. with an attitude she told us to call h.r. wouldn?t give supervisors name or her name till I keptasking. I do not recommend this location.. it?s not what you say to the customer but how you say it, be respectful customers payyour pay check! Read more

I have been going to Taco Bell for a long long long time and have never been disappointed until I went to this taco bell, after... complaining to manager I was told to come back and receive my order redone and for my trouble I would get coupons for stuff, asI couldn't return the same day I was told the next day would be ok by the manager, Rosa, the next day I went there, now this isnot about money or trying to get something for nothing, it was about principal. I have been ordering the same stuff Everytime Igo and have always been happy until yesterday when I pulled out a flat 5 layer with hardly anything in it, the next day I wentback and spoke with the same manager who made the offer, but only replaced the 5; layer, which was better made, but gave me nocoupons like she said and made me feel like I was just trying to get something for nothing, customer service has gone out thewindow and I refuse to eat at this taco bell or any other until à apology is issued, I work hard for my money and only expectwhat I pay for, and I believe people should be held accountable for what they say and do, hey manger Rosa, I showed you thepicture of it and yet you didn't hold up your end, where was the coupon's you promised for my inconveniences? So I guess tacobell just want have that opportunity again. It wasn't even made right now sauce no sour cream and difinately wasn't 5 layers. Read more

This store is the BEST!!!!! The store has the best employees!!!! They are fast, accurate and always smiling. They keep the... property cleaned up. If I was the owner of this particular store I would make sure to keep that staff happy.
