I have been to another thh location and never have I had to wait 30 min for my sandwiches to be done, the least thing they... could have done was let me know in advance that there were no baquettes ready at the time of me placing my order ! Aside fromthat they literally made sandwiches for at least 4 other costumers that came after me ! I do not recommend this place at all badcommunication, I will continue to drive 15 min more to the location I?ve been going to, just thought it was more convenient mecoming to this location because it was closets to me but lesson has been learned ! Simple fresh and filling. I love your spam and egg sandwich #15. They are always filling phone orders so your sandwich may take... a minute if you order there. I'm going to call ahead next time so I can just pull up and pay to get that food in my belly. Yumm Read more

I never order sandwiches here. Why? Dry and no sauce. Also, what's the point of ordering over the phone if I have to wait in... line like all the others to pick up my order when I get there? Please teach your staff ENGLISH. There are 2 lines: ORDER andPICK UP. I came to pick up. Have the other lady be at the cashier and get my order. Don't have her just standing therepretending to be busy. The other day the kid took another customer's order while I came first. Terrible service. Lost a regularcustomer who only came here because I got nowhere else nearby to get my mother their rice porridge which is not even that great.Terrible food terrible staff. That's why you don't have many customers. Read more

I love that there is a Banh mi shop so close to home. I find myself here rather often. Sometimes it?s for a Vietnamese coffee,... or a few egg rolls to fight a craving, or a big order of egg rolls for a party, or a sandwich as a quick meal, or just some pateand Mayo and a baguette. Food is always consistently good, as well as service. Been coming here and unless quality goes downsignificantly, I?ll continue to support. Read more

My chicken sandwich only has 5% chicken. Attempted to call and inform the clerk, but the clerk thought I wanted to buy more... sandwiches. Language barrier. ???? Read more

This review is based off of their #9 vegetarian tofu sandwich. The baguette itself is very good. Light, airy, soft, and crunchy... ? just as a baguette should be. The filling, sauces, and ingredients are fresh and quite tasty. I like this chain over Lee?sSandwiches and highly recommend. They also have grab and go items, Vietnamese coffee, eggrolls, spring rolls, baos, and noodledishes. Read more

Decent meal for a late, lazy Sunday morning Ordered Vietnamese Coffee, Vegetarian (Tofu) Banh Mi, & Fried Egg (added meatloaf)... Banh Mi all for delivery (UberEATS). Ate literally a few pounds of red meat the previous night so went with the Vegetarian(Tofu) Banh Mi. Unless I just never noticed it, I don't think I see this option often. It was basically small fried tofu strips, with the usual pickled veggies, fresh jalapeno & cilantro. Being the non cilantro fan I am I just removed that component. I didenjoy the sandwich overall but did feel it could have been executed better to make improve overall flavor. The veggies tastedmore lightly pickled than I'm used to having, while the fresh jalapeno had pretty much no heat. I think if this two things werefixed the sandwich would have been that much better. Also, the tofu I don't think was seasoned at all, or maybe just lightlyseasoned. Fried Egg (added meatloaf) Banh Mi was alright but for being an "egg sandwich", it could have used more egg. I wasthinking about a banh mi I had recently where I added egg & they used what was probably 2 extra large eggs. Alright banh mi,with same thoughts on the veggies The bread for both banh mi was not so bad, but I've definitely had fresher. VietnameseCoffee was quite good. I was happy with the strength & didn't seem watery at all even for being a delivery order. Also they usedcrushed ice which always brightens my day. No comments on service since this was an UberEATS delivery order. But everything waspacked well. If you need a decent Viet coffee & banh mi you can find them both here. & If you need a vegetarian option youfound one. Read more
