Saw this burger place as I was walking in Anaheim California. Decided to try it out! Glad I did. Burger tasty ???? and fresh to... order. Little electronic gizmo lights up and blinks when your order is ready. Burgers are better than Jack in the box and Carl'sJunior burgers that are the same price. I would definitely come back here!???????? The Staff were very nice and the burger wasmade quickly and with care. Bought the basic Charburger. It was very good. I agree with Joe in his review that says ?What can i say? They weren?t happy to take my order.? It?s hard because it seems this... is the new norm. Same experience for me. The employees look miserable. ???? What can i say? They weren?t happy to take my order, they burnt my first round of fries and this is the burger they gave me. Came in today due to craving the Habit, also wanted to use a coupon I had from a while ago. Cashier was very nice and... professional. Manager then interrupted the cashier as I handed it to her and said I couldn?t use it due to being expired. I thentold her there was no expiration date on it. She then followed up by yelling at me in front of other customers and told me no?we aren?t taking it?. The cashier then told me she was the GM of the store. Definitely needs some customer service training.Decided to come here out of all the places to get some food just to be told off and yelled at in front of other customers.Wouldn?t of been fine if she told me I wasn?t able to use it due to not accepting them. But being yelled at by a manager / thegeneral manager was not on my to do list today. Very unprofessional management. Read more
