Your tracking estimates are wildly inaccurate andincorrect. I am extremely upset and unhappy with the OnTrac delivery service and with OnTrac customer service. Thanksgiving pre-orders moved pretty smoothly until you got into the building. Luck of the draw what line you get out into.... Could be a fast moving one or a super slow one. Would have been better just to keep it like a banker's line so we weren't allshoulder to shoulder with the person next to us even if we were six feet from people in front of us. The cashiers were nice andaccommodating everyone. Took us 2 minutes to get our reserved ham, others they had to help understand the menu, take things out,put them back in, answer tons of questions, so much patience the workers showed! Read more

The line was crazy long the day before Thanksgiving, but that just speaks to how good the food is if you ask me. It was hard to... get in because the parking lot was blocked off so I had to drop off my husband and I went and parked in the nearby CVS parkinglot and waited. Surprisingly my husband said they were like a well-greased machine and really had their routine down, so theywere able to move people in and out pretty quickly. We did place a reservation prior to coming. The food was a hit and easy towarm up and serve for the big day and it was nice to have some regular food as we were visiting the Disneyland park and it'salways nice to have a good home cooked meal without having to eat at the park for everything. Bonus, I use the ham to make beansin the crock pot for another day. And man that ham makes the best beans, everyone loved the second meal we were able to makewith the leftovers. Read more
