The line was crazy long the day before Thanksgiving, but that just speaks to how good the food is if you ask me. It was hard to... get in because the parking lot was blocked off so I had to drop off my husband and I went and parked in the nearby CVS parkinglot and waited. Surprisingly my husband said they were like a well-greased machine and really had their routine down, so theywere able to move people in and out pretty quickly. We did place a reservation prior to coming. The food was a hit and easy towarm up and serve for the big day and it was nice to have some regular food as we were visiting the Disneyland park and it'salways nice to have a good home cooked meal without having to eat at the park for everything. Bonus, I use the ham to make beansin the crock pot for another day. And man that ham makes the best beans, everyone loved the second meal we were able to makewith the leftovers. Read more

If the HoneyBaked Ham Company of California persists in utilizing the OnTrac shipping service and does not stop using the OnTrac... shipping service, I will no longer order any products from the HoneyBaked Ham Company of California. ---- As of 8 pm on November23rd (2022), the OnTrac delivery/shipping company FAILED TO DELIVER my package from the Honey Baked Ham Company of California.SHAME ON ALL OF YOU who work for the OnTrac delivery/shipping company!!!! Your tracking estimates are wildly inaccurate andincorrect. I am extremely upset and unhappy with the OnTrac delivery service and with OnTrac customer service. Thanksgiving pre-orders moved pretty smoothly until you got into the building. Luck of the draw what line you get out into.... Could be a fast moving one or a super slow one. Would have been better just to keep it like a banker's line so we weren't allshoulder to shoulder with the person next to us even if we were six feet from people in front of us. The cashiers were nice andaccommodating everyone. Took us 2 minutes to get our reserved ham, others they had to help understand the menu, take things out,put them back in, answer tons of questions, so much patience the workers showed! Read more

The only reason this is 3 stars is because the gentleman guiding cars around the craziness was drop dead gorgeous and kind...... Otherwise Honey baked has no sense. It is the afternoon before Thanksgiving and there are two large honey baked trucks blocking8 parking spaces,don't you think you could do this late at night or early morning,?!?! You have to illegally park in a nostopping zone. The line was psychotic- no physical distancing, inside they have 6 feet distancing in each line but you arestanding right next to the coughing sneezing person in the other line, I can't! Clean and nice place to buy your holiday ham at. The prices are a bit more than usual, yet the quality is superb. Parking is... easy and store can be found from the main street view. Inside the location is clean and the people who staff the retail locationare friendly. Their is a deli inside for quick bites and sandwiches...ect. Read more
