The quality is good, but they barely put any meat on the sandwich. I was disappointed by this three times and likely won't... return for a fourth. Read more

It was my first visit to this location and it was pretty underwhelming. Negatives: - Kind of a confusing layout to the store. -... They were out of wheat bread. I was there at 6pm so they ran out, at best, 3 hours before they closed. - Multiple tables werefilthy. - The WiFi was not working. Positives - The Italian sandwich was good. Read more

I wish I could have given four and a half Stars but Google's not built that way. My sandwich was great tasting but I wish they... had given me the sourdough bread I requested instead of the white. The person making my sandwich was very friendly. She wasvery meticulous in laying out the meat lettuce and condiments. So every bite I took in the sandwich had a perfect mix. I thinkI got a good value for my money and believe there was plenty of meat and condiments on my sandwich. The other thing Iappreciate too is that a separate person takes your money so that there's no cross-contamination. The reason I didn't give aperfect score. The person making my sandwich came out of the employee area wearing the same gloves that she made my sandwichwith. Look at your customers perspective, we don't know if you were just cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the floor, or pooping. The gloves aren't there to keep your hands from getting mustard on them, they're there to make a customer feel that thingstouching their sandwich don't have dirt, bacteria, chemicals, or bodily fluids. A year ago I came to this same Togo's andnoticed that after cleaning the floors and sweeping they would not change gloves before making a sandwich. The gloves cost about$0.02, wash your hands cost about $0.05, giving the customer peace of mind that there's no piece of poop on your hands ispriceless. Minor issues, have your employees ask what kind of mustard to use and give them options for oil dressing instead ofassuming you don't want any or you do, unless you recognize the person as a regular purchaser and you know what they like.
