Food so and so..picture looks nice but get the food and it doesn't show how it supposed to look..very bland flavors..thanks for... the reply..when it first open ..food was very good and hot and well placed..the day I had it at the restaurant the sauce wasthrown all over and that made the rice very smoothly..food was not hot at all when they were no one in line at all..so I feelfollowing the chains recipe as it should can make it big difference on the presentation and the way the food is supposed totaste..I had visited many others Waba grill but this one has different direction it seems.. Bad rude worker got threatened and called racist for trying to order food NEVER going back the was my first and last time
I usually like eating at WaBa Grill but this location is dirty. They keep their doors open so there's flies all over while... trying to eat. I also found a hair on the hot sauce that they pre-package which completely grossed me out and killed myappetite. I will not be back, but if you plan to eat here I recommend to check your food for hair. Read more
Scam artests!!! Be careful. Ordered delivery twice in the past week. Orderd a few dozen dumplings. Counted them to separate for... the kids. Both times... they were short. Instead of 20... 16 and 17 and 18. It appears this must be normal. Read more
Stick with the bowl the plate is not worth the extra money. Other then that food was good. Service was good and facility was... clean. Staff was not the friendliest and seemed not to want to be there. Read more
Really good food here. Girls are nice and helpful. Takes a minute but at least they're getting it cooked right. lots of take... out and line can be long, but hey!! That's what we want right ? Coming back here I would normally say that means the food isgood but that's not true in orange county lolol. They eat anywhere. Where I come from, if itz crowded. It's truly great. Read more
Purchased 2 chicken bowls for my elderly parents. Brown rice was not up to my parents expectations even though in the past they... had no trouble with the quality. The only thing they ate was the chicken. Spoke with manager Miriam Rubio who was rude andrefused to give me a refund nor a discount. She insulted me when she stated that I was a problem as soon as I walked into thedoor. She was unprofessional and seemed bothered by my questions when I first placed my order. When i finally told her how shewas going to make it ok. She said "I'm not. Nor am I giving you a refund your parents ate all the meat. That's on them if theydidn't like the rice" I then asked for her to charge the meat only then. They refunded $7.55 out of a total charge of $16.15.How can a place charge est. $8.50 for 2 servings of chicken? I left them the 2 bowls full of rice to show how displeased I was. Read more
I like WaBa Grill because of the delicious rice and nice fruit selection. This place steamed rice badly and had less serving... size, extremely salty? I still love WaBa Grill in other places but not here. Read more
