They don't accept corporate coupons and drown your sandwich in any sauce/ condiment you request, even if you request it... "light". Staff always act as if you are a nuisance when you visit. As if they now have to stop what they are doing in order toserve you. Poor customer service. Hours of operation seem odd for a restaurant that offers breakfast options. Read more
Some of the people were very friendly but some of them were definitely rude. I am upset they no longer have certain items on the... menu and I hope it changes back. But i know this store is normally short of things that's why I don't stop there often. Read more
Went in to get a couple sandwiches with my kids and was treated very rudely. The girl said that they were closing in ten minutes... after we started to order and then said well I suppose I will have to get more food out. I said we will just go eat somewhereelse and she said good because we are closing soon. Will never return to this location again Read more
Our local Subway is a clean, well kept store that has the challenges of any other. Sometimes the help is new and the quality of... your sandwich isn't as you would expect, but other times it's amazing. There is a lack of good quality customer service so don'texpect to be wowed, but overall they're fast and efficient. Read more
Please, if you don't want to do your job, then find another one. Preferably one that is not customer service. If I have... questions about the menu, don't just tell me that you don't know. Find the answer. Don't get an attitude and act like you don'tcare. Not sure who the blonde is working today (7-8-19) but all of the above is her. Other than that, I don't normally have aproblem when I come in, once in a blue moon. Only 2 choices for bread, white or wheat. Ingredients put on sandwich seem to be getting less than other locations.
