This past Wednesday my extended family and I had a lovely dinner with Andres as our server. He was extremely accommodating with... allergies. The service was extremely quick despite such a large table and everything was ordered correctly. Boston Pizza is becoming a bit of a disappointment. From waiting over 30 minutes to have someone take our drink order/offer... water to the portion size. Definitely disappointing. The fries came out in a portion that made them look lonely on the plate. Ijust don't understand how they justify the costs of their meals. In fairness, the manager did come over to apologize for thewait. But still, it just is not an ideal experience. Read more
Ordered takeout yesterday. Messed up the chicken wing flavors and missed a dipping sauce. The wings were absolutely terrible and... the chicken Parmesan was awful as well. Should’ve taken my $70 elsewhere. Will not be going back. Do not reccomend takeoutwhatsoever. Read more
Welcoming from the moment we walked in very sharp clean new look to Boston pizza and the menu was looking great beers were at... the top cold temperature as Isiah took care of us and I want to thank you for the excellent service and great experience at thisparticular location. My Boston Size Burger and Fries were generic. The waitress didn't even offer me ketchup and didn't ask how my meal was. The... Perogie Pizza seemed tastier. The experience was average. Read more
The meatloaf meals were lukewarm, the Irish coffee was lukewarm, and the cheesecake with berries had no berries - only a drizzle... of cherry syrup on it. Disappointing. I don’t think they had enough servers on. The berry issue couldn’t be attributed tothat, though. It’s the only dessert on the menu that’s not chocolate or caramel based. Oh, and the server messed up a drinkand dessert. She rectified it, though, and was very pleasant. We celebrated a birthday there because the week before friendshad been there and said it was fantastic. I put most of it down to too few servers on a very busy night; but it’s definitelyinconsistent.
