I got 2 kids chicken quesadillas, literally 2 ingredients chicken and cheese - it took this girl literally 20 minutes to make... them, let alone when I got them the cheese was not even melted and the chicken was still cold. Not to mention the staff when youwalk in give you a look as if you are disrupting them. Worst freshii experience will never go there again. Read more
Ordered the teriyaki twist with chicken (my usual). Was given a Tex Mex with chicken instead. When I let the staff know, instead... of an apology or offer to re-make the bowl, she full on was arguing with me. When I tried to explain I asked for the teriyakitwist, before I could even finish saying the word twist, I was cut off and the girl repeated Tex Mex three times really fast.Awful experience. I've picked up my lunch here countless times as it's 5 minutes away from my office. Staff has always been efficient, that's... really all I care about when I'm picking up a quick bite. The food is always fresh and delicious, kale Caesar salad is myfavourite! Their ingredients are always filled and ready to go. I'd ignore the negative reviews seen as many people seem to beignoring the fact that this individual store doesn't decide what Freshii as a company decides to charge for their bowls! I pay$12 for a kale Caesar that's packed with protein and fills me up for the remainder of my afternoon/evening. 10/10 great lunchspot! Read more
Worst freshii ever! First my bowl were horrible several items missing and the chicken was frozen! It was gross! 2 bowls almost... $40! For frozen chicken.. thank goodness he only put about a teaspoon! But wait, when I opened my spring water it had a massiveblock of ice. That wasn?t so much the issue, it was the bowls that were terrible so disappointing! I will never go back! Read more
This is the second time in a month where they have no lemongrass soup. As a vegan there?s not many ?fast food? options and the... lemongrass soup is my goto.
